At Hua Yu Da Di Learning Centre, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and effective learning environment for all students.
The following policies are designed to ensure the smooth operation of our centre and to maintain a high standard of teaching and learning.

1. General Conduct

  • Students are expected to be punctual and attend all scheduled classes regularly.

  • Respectful behaviour towards teachers, staff, and classmates is required at all times.

  • Mobile phones and electronic devices should be kept silent during lessons to avoid disruption.

  • Parents and guardians are requested to drop off and pick up their children promptly before and after class.

2. Attendance and Absence

  • Students who are unable to attend class should inform the centre in advance, preferably at least one day before the scheduled lesson.

  • Make-up lessons may be arranged subject to class availability and prior notice.

  • No refunds or fee deductions will be given for missed lessons without valid reasons.

3. Payment and Fees

  • Tuition fees must be paid before the commencement of each term or month, as stated in the payment schedule.

  • Late payment may result in a suspension of class attendance until fees are settled.

  • All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in special cases approved by the management.

4. Class Policy

  • All classes are conducted in person at the centre. Online or remote attendance is not available unless otherwise announced by the centre (e.g. due to special circumstances).

  • Students are encouraged to bring their learning materials, stationery, and completed homework for each lesson.

  • Parents are welcome to communicate with teachers regarding their child’s progress but should avoid entering classrooms during lessons.

5. Safety and Hygiene

  • The centre maintains a clean and safe learning environment at all times.

  • Students must follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by the staff.

  • In case of illness or injury, parents will be contacted immediately. Students showing symptoms of contagious illness should stay home until recovery.

6. Personal Belongings

  • Students are responsible for their own belongings.

  • The centre will not be held liable for any lost or damaged personal items.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • Personal information provided by parents and students will be kept strictly confidential and used only for administrative or educational purposes in accordance with Singapore’s PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act).

8. Rights of the Centre

  • The centre reserves the right to update, amend, or revise the above policies when necessary.

  • Students and parents will be notified of any significant policy changes in advance.
